Pattern: Thuja

Yarn: Artyarns Ultramerino 4. Lou picked out the yarn himself, I really liked it too! Soft and sproingy but not splitty or pooly. Perfect for socks.

Modifications: Adjusted for fingering weight yarn and did 2″ of twisted ribbing for the cuffs.

Comments: These were my take-along sock project. I started them in August and I knit them mostly while reading blogs on my laptop.

I’m really pleased with how these came out. Lou says they fit perfectly (better than any other pair of socks ever) and the pattern was simple enough for reading but complex enough for waiting in line.
