The Moment You’ve All Been Waiting For!
…
I’m back!
For anyone who is still reading THANK YOU for being so patient while I took my outrageously long, unannounced blog break.
I still knit. I have tons of knitting that just needs to be photographed, photo-edited and shared. I am going to try to share some of the projects you’ve missed as Time Machine Tuesday projects and just jump right in now with current knitting.
Right this second it is all Winter Holiday knitting all the time. My Hannukkah presents are late and my X-Mas presents are down to the wire. So… I actually can’t share any knitting today for fear of ruining the surprise.
Instead here is my favorite picture from this summer!

OMG Welcome back!!! I”ve missed your blogging so much!
Hooray, welcome back! I was so excited to see your feed light up in Google Reader
Hi Alli,
I found your blog while looking at the Teva Durham Leaf Sweater
on Ravelry and noticed the beautiful background on your sweater photo. Your most recent Christmas photo is gorgeous. My boyfreind and I are thinking of moving to the Alaska panhandle and I try to correspond with Alaskans, to get their views of life there. Are you a native of Juneau and do you plan to stay? From your ravelry post you sound like you really enjoy all the outdoor stuff and know how to make good use of what is there.
We are currently living in western North Carolina and there’s lots of good hiking and fishing here, but very little otherwise. One small town after another and too many Floridians with second homes they stay in 3 weeks out of the year.
Happy New Year and I’d love to hear from you.
It’s not that long a knitty blog break! I love your photos. I lived in Kodiak for 3 hyears… and it’s always nice to see pictures from the Great North. Happy New Year!
yay! welcome back!!

Welcome back! Yay! I love your blog
And what a great picture… thank you for sharing it!
I’m glad you are blogging again. Even though I see you every day, I missed your blogs. Especially the great photos. NOTE: The Green socks are GREAT. If they can keep MY feet warm, they can keep anybody’s feet warm. Love ‘em. Wear ‘em all the time. Wish I was wearing them right now.
Love ya
Dad
