Gone to the Dogs
WARNING: No knitting content whatsoever.
I know it’s been a while since I posted but I haven’t had much time for knitting…
I blame this:
Charlie – will eat anything/everything
and this:
Sula – ball fetcher extraordinaire
and this:
Eddy – the laziest puppy ever
and actually all these guys too:
Left to Right: Zigzag, Sula, Azul, Cedar, Oso, Missy
I have a new job and it’s all about dogs! I’m doing Rad Dogs which is a doggie daycare program run by the Humane Society here in town. Basically people drop off their dogs in the morning, we walk them, exercise them, play with them, etc. and then in the evening their owners come and pick them up again.
It’s great for the dogs and great fun for us!
Linda shows off the dogs’ perfect manners
Even though I haven’t had much time for knitting this month I really love my new job. I will return with knitting content soon, there has been knitting, just not as much as usual.
Bonus:
My favorite co-worker

o my goodness! is that the best job in the world?
Great dog pictures! Maybe you could knit little sweaters for the dogs.
What a fantastic job, and a great service for dog owners. I bet you are really good with all of them. Is this a long term job or just for the summer? Roland is doing well, he has “drop it” down pretty good, but now I have to work on “leave it”. He really likes shoes, he shoves his entire head into Andrew’s size 10′s.
That is a totally cool job. I was watching the Dog Whisperer last weekend.. and someone was on who was a dog walker – and I thought – is that not the coolest job in the world!
Its the coolest show – he gives very interesting information about managing the pack
