Sleeve Madness

sleeves.jpg

I think it must have had to do with the stress of the end of semester but all I knit for two weeks straight was sleeves sleeves and more sleeves (full disclosure:  I also knit a  sock cuff but that’s pretty much a mini-sleeve).  And I hate sleeves!

Note:  Only one set of these sleeves has a body to go with it.

Hopefully I will return to less mind-numbing boring knitting now that finals are over.

The good thing is that, since you needed mindless knitting anyway, you got the sleeves out of the way. I’m trying to knit more sweaters and I find that even complicated designs often have mindless parts, and that sleeves are pretty portable. So they can work instead of socks or hats, and then I’m further along on the sweaters. Right?

Congratulations on all those sleeves! I know how much you hate sleeves and I’m super proud!
