Fishermen’s Beanie
So I have been informed (by my physics teacher no less) that it’s been a good long while since I posted, and Alli has been pulling all the weight on this here blog. The main reason for this is a lack of FOs. And no discernable progress on WIPs. School gets in the way. I have been working on my Minimalist Cardigan, but so far that just looks like… a whole lot of seed stich. Not good blogging material. Anyhow, all I’ve been able to manage lately are hats. I bought the Rowan Classic Coast book because it had a quite a few projects that I liked in it, one of which was the Fishermen’s Beanie:

Knitted in Malabrigo worsted (yummy). The only mod I made on the pattern was to cast on 1 fewer stitch and knit it in the round, rather than flat. I am quite happy with it!

woohoo! Nice hat!
The people demand FOs! Hee hee. I hearts your hat. Especially its lime-y goodness. Mmm…limes… Makes me hungry for margaritas!
It looks great…I love the cables and the color!!!
