Blog Launch!
Welcome to Knitosaurus!
This blog belongs to Adrienne (my best friend) and Alli (myself). We live in Juneau, Alaska, attend classes at UAS, enjoy the outdoors, have doggies, and like to knit A LOT.
We are very excited to be sharing our knitting with the blog-o-sphere so last weekend we went to the beach for a Blog Launch party to celebrate getting this site up and running:

No Knit-Blog Launch party would be complete without knitting!

Many thanks to the Amazing, Incredible, Brilliant Computer Genius Lou for not only making this website possible but also making it lovely. Thanks babe.

congratulations on getting your blog up and running. Knitting on the beach looks like an awsome way to spend time by the campfire.
Looks like a lot of fun. Was the turn out good? Wish i could have been there!

HOORAY for you guys! The site looks so great, I am really super duper impressed. It inspired me to go and dig out my needles and knit something up. Alli, I have some great stories to share about knitting in the dark in a cabin on the Milford track.
Alaska!!! Lovely! How’s the weather up there at the moment?
We are in Southeast Alaska so we have a very temperate climate. Most of the year it is rain, rain and more rain. Today for example: Rain. Luckily, I like the rain!
Welcome to the blogworld, ladies! Good lord Alaska looks beautiful from your pictures–I have never been there. And from your description of the climate it sounds heavenly, I love the rain.
Love that hat posted above too!
I miss hot dog, he had such a tragic and short life span. Ah well, that’s what beach barbecues are all about. The blog looks wonderful. Glad I could be part of the launch party
Yeah for starting a blog. I’ve always wanted to visit Alaska. I’d love to see more photos!
Yea for knitting on the beach! when your tired of knitting you can roast marshmallows with your needles.
